Banten Port, West Java	BANTEN PORT Ciwandan, West Java, Indonesia Through its 75% owned subsidiary, PT Portindo Dinamika, Portek holds a 20-year build-operate-transfer (“BOT”) concession for the development and operation of Banten Port. Situated along the Sunda Straits, Banten Port is ideally located as a gateway for industries located in West Java. Banten Port is geared to handle container, bulk and general cargo. To cater for increasing traffic, Banten Port is currently undergoing a major expansion of its civil and equipment infrastructure.
Port d'Owendo, Gabon	Port d'Owendo, Libreville, Gabon Portek holds a 25-year concession for the management of the port and harbour,including development and investment of the infrastructure, provision of port and maritime services, collection of port fees and rental. Portek will be implementing a suite of operational processes and IT systems in order to increase efficiency.
