All Purchase Orders issued by Portek are subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions, which may include payment terms, delivery terms, Incoterms, delivery mode, estimated time of arrival, delivery address, description of goods or services, quantity, part number or specifications, warranty, intellectual property, Global Contractor Selection Policy (GCSP), insurance requirements, and other relevant commercial terms.
