We are currently looking for:





  • Support GMs to increase project pipelines (long and short) by means of marketing trips, market assessment, market exploration, opportunities mining, project identifications and project screening.
  • Support GM as Project ICs to drive assigned projects towards milestones within timeline or conclusion by means of strategy formulating and implementation; project milestones achievements; perform studies, due diligence and analysis; consultant/contractor management, stakeholder management, business negotiation; business plan creation and evaluation; obtaining required internal approvals; project handover
  • Assist Head of Department to perform commercial and marketing functions including tender mining for Engineering and Port Operations projects, maintenance of database, produce analytical reports, preparation of documents/ proposal/ contracts, project monitoring, post-mortem analysis, participate and manage marketing activities
  • Responsible in internal administrative roles such as project presentations, project updates, coordinating roles and liaison duties
  • Perform ad-hoc projects assigned



  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in a port/ maritime industry
  • Experience in Business Development or commercial role will be an added advantage
  • Experience in evaluation financial model would be an added advantage
  • At least Degree Holder, preferably in Engineering / Business studies / Maritime related studies
  • Meticulous, detailed, proactive and independent
  • Self-Motivated with strong desire to achieve
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel
  • Mastery in other languages is an advantage





Project Management

  • Responsible to plan, propose, execute and complete the any corporate acquisition or assignment
  • Able to prepare financial model for a target firm / acquisition
  • Able to perform high level due diligent or internal audit on a targeted firm
  • Able to support accounting dept. after acquisition with other staff support
  • Able to provide pre and post acquisition support for business unit



  • Able to analysis a target firm and generate a financial report to stakeholders
  • Able to complete a financial model and/or make a completely new model
  • Prepare monthly report / analysis



  • Assist in the implementation of workflows and systems
  • Able to assist head in any assignment
  • Others and ad hoc assignment



  • Preferable candidate with auditor or financial advisory experience in a mid tier audit firm
  • At least 5 – 10 years of accounting experience in similar position
  • Able to work independently in a given project
  • At least degree holder or Professional accountancy papers
  • Experience in creating a financial model
  • Good in excel, words and microsoft powerpoint
  • Able to digest financial statements to form an analysis about the financial status of a company
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of employees
