Portek’s ability to respond to emergency calls in the event of a crane accident puts us in a position of a specialist contractor for crane repairs.
We are familiar with the immediate actions to be taken to secure cranes in danger of collapse, required accident claim procedures, and the rights and liabilities of various parties. Our knowledge and experience is an assurance to customers past and present.
Portek works with various insurance companies, P&I Club, loss adjusters, and asset owners to minimise losses to plant and properties, business disruption, hence helping to resolve disputes and achieve resolution in claims.
For each accident repair project, we approach it in two phases:

- Recovery and repair
